Legal warranty provisions

Article 1: Conformity of the Goods

In accordance with Articles L.217-4 and L.217-5 of the French Consumer Code, we undertake to deliver a surfboard that complies with the specifications set out in the sales contract. This conformity includes the quality of the board, its packaging, as well as the assembly and maintenance instructions.

Article 2: Duration of the Guarantee

Under article L.217-12 of the French Consumer Code, you have two years from the date of delivery to report any lack of conformity.

Article 3: Warranty extension

If your surfboard requires warranty repairs, any downtime of at least seven days will be added to the remaining warranty period, as stipulated in article L.217-16 of the French Consumer Code.

Article 4: Hidden defects warranty

We are also liable for hidden defects in accordance with articles 1641 and 1648 paragraph 1 of the French Civil Code. You have two years from the discovery of the defect to take legal action.
