These general terms and conditions of sale (GTCS) govern all transactions carried out via the Shapers Club website. They are systematically accessible and printable by any customer before the validation of any order. Placing an order implies irrevocable acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Article 2: Prices
The prices of our products are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC). They do not include shipping and handling costs, which are charged extra. Prices are subject to change at any time, but products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time the order is validated.
Article 3: Orders
To place an order, customer identification is required via a unique email address or customer number, as well as a password. A user account must be created for all first-time orders. The basket must be validated before proceeding to the choice of address and delivery method, then to the validation of the means of payment. All orders placed on the site are firm and final.

Confirmation of an order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale. No special conditions may, unless formally accepted in writing by us, prevail over these conditions.

In accordance with article L.121-21 of the French Consumer Code, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. You are responsible for return shipping costs, and the product must be returned in its original, complete condition. Any incomplete, damaged or used product will not be returned or exchanged.

Delivery is made to the address indicated when the order was placed. This address may be that of the purchaser, a natural person of his/her choice or a legal entity (company). The times indicated are average times and correspond to processing and delivery times. In the event of late delivery, Shapers Club cannot be held responsible.

Shapers Club reserves the right to collect customer data, including through the use of cookies. Customers may object to this collection by following the procedure indicated on the site.
Article 12: Archiving and proof
Shapers Club will archive order forms and invoices on a reliable and durable medium, in accordance with legal provisions. These archives will be considered as irrefutable proof of transactions between Shapers Club and the customer.
Article 13: Settlement of disputes
In the event of a dispute, the parties shall seek an amicable solution before taking any legal action. Failing this, the competent courts will be those of the defendant's place of residence.
Article 14: Applicable law
These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Article 15: Changes to the GTCS
Shapers Club reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time. Changes will not apply to orders already placed.
Article 16: Entire contract
These General Terms and Conditions and the order summary form a contractual whole and represent the entire contractual relationship between the parties.
Article 17: Storage and archiving
Contractual documents are archived on a reliable and durable medium, accessible by the customer, in accordance with article 1348 of the French Civil Code.
Article 18: Customer acceptance
These general terms and conditions of sale and the price list are expressly approved and accepted by the purchaser, who declares and acknowledges full knowledge thereof, and hereby waives the right to invoke any contradictory document, in particular his own general terms and conditions of purchase.
